I started my career as a Registered Nurse in the Philippines, trained to care for people in their most vulnerable moments. I loved that work. But when my mother became critically ill, I made the decision to step away from bedside nursing to care for her myself.
It wasn't the plan I had for my life. But it became the doorway to a new one. I discovered the virtual assistant industry and realized that the same qualities that made me a good nurse — precision, discretion, calm under pressure, and genuine care for people — were exactly what businesses needed behind the scenes.
